Germination Policy.

We stand behind every pack we ship. Here is exactly when, how, and under what conditions we replace seeds that fail to germinate.

  • Policy Overview

    ClosetGrower stands behind the genetics we ship. If a seed in your pack fails to crack and tap-root within the documented window using a reasonable germination method, we will replace the affected seeds at no cost in eligible jurisdictions. Replacements are offered as a courtesy — seeds are sold as collectibles, not with a guaranteed grow outcome.

  • Eligible Replacement Requests

    Requests qualify when (1) the order is within the time window below, (2) the customer used a recognized germination method such as paper-towel or direct-sow in sterile medium at 70-80°F, and (3) the seeds were stored sealed at cool, dry, room-temperature conditions between delivery and germination.

  • What We Need From You

    Email support@closetgrower.net with your order number, the strain and pack size, the date you started germination, the method used, and a clear photo of the failed seeds on a paper towel or tray. Photo evidence is required for replacement processing — we cannot approve text-only claims.

  • Time Window

    Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of order delivery. Seeds stored unopened beyond 30 days fall outside the guarantee window, though we will still review on a case-by-case basis if there is a clear quality concern with a specific batch.

  • Legal Notice

    Seeds are sold strictly as collectible souvenirs. ClosetGrower does not advise, encourage, or endorse the germination of seeds in any jurisdiction where doing so is restricted. The germination policy described here is a courtesy quality program and applies only where the possession and germination of cannabis seeds is legal. Compliance with local law is the customer's responsibility.
