Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded matte mailers with no cannabis, ClosetGrower, or strain references on the outside. The return label uses a neutral business name. Inside, seeds are sealed in moisture-controlled pouches inside a protective box.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 1pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, are processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day. We do not process or ship on US federal holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within a few hours of the label being created. Tracking updates may take 12-24 hours to populate the carrier's system. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, contact us.
Delivery Windows
US domestic: 2-5 business days via tracked first-class or priority service depending on weight and destination. We do not currently offer expedited overnight shipping. International orders are reviewed case-by-case based on destination law.
Where We Ship
We ship to legal-age customers in jurisdictions where the possession of cannabis seeds is permitted. Some destinations are reviewed manually and we reserve the right to refuse an order if local law makes shipping inadvisable. Refused or undeliverable orders are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
